Last time I check, if the RPC file is in the same folder than your Pleiades 
image, QGIS will load it automatically when you open your Pleiades images. Your 
image will be displayed according to its RPC then.

I think that Gdal (used by QGIS to open the file) looks for a file starting 
with RPC_
