It's a followup to f17097b1, which makes QGIS use the expected pathes to load DLLs - so a Qt/OpenSSL etc. in system32 is no longer an issue. Unfortunately there are also python extension that load DLLs from pathes that the add upfront so d411d66b3d is need to cover for that. Jürgen -- Jürgen E.
