It looks like it.  I'm in the middle of the osgeo4w reboot, but I'm not sure if
I'll make it before the release.  Even if I do, there will be only very
limited time for testing, if any - so it's probably better to do the next
release as is and switch after (and drop 32bit completely for everything).
