Outside of QGIS by using the console and start it with the command python3.
But I don´t know what commands and parameters in the python dokument are missing to make it able too start without QGIS running.
Or
Startign QGIS with the script or model auatomatically running.
I heard there would be a way to manipulate the qgs file, so that if it opens directly runs the script.
I am using both: Ubuntu 20.04.2 and Windows 10 with QGIS 2.10.14
