I imagine that you're thinking of this kind of declaration: https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/blob/5b59269f98799597df125744823a0163d3061548/src/core/expression/qgsexpressionnodeimpl.h#L93 But this is a Mapped Type Annotation, not a Class annotation, so I don't see how we could use this.
