Hello List,
I tried to load a WMS layer in QGiS 0.10 but without success.
It's a valid URL
(http://wms.ccgis.de/umn/bin/mapserv.exe?map=d:/umn/germany.map&REQUEST=GetCapabilities&SERVICE=wms&VERSION=1.1.1)
but the error message says something like: "Cannot understand answer.
The wms provider tells:". Thats all.
Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Or is this a bug?
