I know this question has been asked a thousand times, but I still can't
get things to work here a work...
Does anyone have experience using QGis behind a university proxy server?
I have tried everything I can think of, but can't seem to access the
python plugin repositories, or and WMS servers. I can however, launch
Firefox from QGis, and since my proxy settings work in Firefox, I have
no problem getting out.
Any ideas?
