All, I uninstalled my QGIS 0.9.0 Ganymede and installed QGIS 1.0.2 Stable - Windows Standalone from http://www.qgis.org/en/download/binaries.html. I am running Windows XP Version 2002 Service Pack 2. After I first installed, I got the error:
