Agus, 

It seems "Scattergram" is doing the same thing as "Value Tool". 

"Shaded Relief" and "Image Clipper" were invalid or with unfulfilled
dependencies, it seems they require other plugins (i.e. gdal and osgeo). I
couldn't find Osgeo.
