All,
I recently started using QGIS on Linux in order to completely rid myself
of proprietary software. I've been a Slackware user since the days of 5
1/4" floppies and was disappointed that there are no Slackware packages
available for the newer releases of qgis.
So I've created my own Slackware package of QGIS 1.3.0 (and some of the
dependencies) and made them available at http://gotslack.org/qgis. This
is my first attempt at creating Slackware packages, so I would
appreciate any feedback.
