I have installed 1.3 using standalone installer in several windows
machines and in most of them it works fine, but I have two with XP Home
Edition SP2 where I only get the following message when I try to open QGIS:
The application could not be correctly initialized (0xc0150002).
I'm afraid it's not much information, but I don't get any other. Does
anyone know how to fix it?
