For those users (namely wildint and dassouki on IRC) who were looking
for the old cartogram plugin...

I'm not sure if it's working correctly at the moment. The plugin works
ok, but I don't appear to be getting the correct results. If someone
could test it that would be great. If you make any changes, please let
me know so I can update it and release as a proper plugin for others to
enjoy.
