I've only used the Mapnik windows binaries with python2.5 installed
from python.org, but the OSGEO4W version may work.
Pasting the full iconv.dll error to an email to mapnik-users would be
a good next step. Make sure to say whether you are on
XP,Vista,Windows7, etc...
