In Quantum GIS is possible to import data from a database "ArcSDE" of ESRI?

I would check out uDig for connecting to ArcSDE. It takes a bit of setting up (getting Java JARs, etc.), but works fantastically, and gives you edit capabilities (note: this is normally a >$10k feature, requiring at least ArcEditor license level BS).

I previously attempted the stable uDig 1.1, but I found that it didn't connect to ArcSDE 9.2. So if this doesn't work, try the unstable 1.2 release from http://udig.refractions.net/download/unstable/
