Hi Micha

In my case I'm using OSGEO QGIS installation. I can open and display vectorial/rasters from GRASS location/mapsets but I cannot acess to GRASS tools. Wasn't it suppose to have a few modules/GRASS functions already available?

Do you not have a button on the GRASS toolbar to open the "ToolBox"??
There are over 200 (of the total 600) GRASS modules already available in QGIS.
Thanks
Kim

2- Can I apply a GRASS function, already integrated in QGIS, to a dataset yhat is not in GRASS location/mapset?
No. But the GRASS import functions are all available from the GRASS Toolbox in QGIS

So if I'm avoidining using the same Location/mapset structure, QGIS is not an option?
Sorry I wasn't clear. You can choose to use the same GRASS database within QGIS as you use in GRASS, or a separate one if you want. Furthermore, it's possilble in both programs to startup in different databases. So you could switch between the datasets in both GRASS and QGIS.
