Hei, I just noticed that my QGIS1.4 is behaving strangely when showing MapInfo files. Specifically, on some layers both point and polygon objects are shown and in metadata layer type is 'polygon'. At the same time on other layer just point objects are shown and in metadata layer type is 'point'. Both layers are coming from same source and should be build up by same system, so I would expect them both be treated similarly. Does anyone has clue where to look for the problem? I'm running Qgis1.4 on Ubuntu 10.04 64bit system.
