A permanent link should be made with a DOI, using the format: http://dx.doi.org/__DOI__
E.g., http://dx.doi.org/10.1111/j.1439-0310.2010.01770.x Wiley may change their link, or fold/merge to another publisher (who knows), so their URL will certainly break at some point in the future. A DOI is permanent, and never needs to be touched again.
