Looks a lot like epsg:3035 +proj=laea +lat_0=52 +lon_0=10 +x_0=4321000 +y_0=3210000 +ellps=GRS80 +units=m +no_defs http://spatialreference.org/ref/epsg/3035/ Using the above mentioned website you can see how things map. Also the http://trac.osgeo.org/proj/wiki/GenParms shows you how build a proj4 statement. +proj=laea +lat_0=52 +lon_0=20 +x_0=5071000 +y_0=3210000 +ellps=GRS80 +units=m +no_defs I believe this would do it for you, but you better double check.
