Thanks for taking the time to use/test the plugin!

I realised that it does not handle 'NaN', yet...

The qml should be saved in the same folder as the original raster file, the 
full path is also displayed in the "Output colour table" box. Just noted that 
the labels of the raster name and of the colour table filename are mixed up!
