Hi Brett, QGIS treats the data (lines, fields) separately from the display of the data (colours, line style). Importing MapInfo tables therefore only brings in the data without colours. You can apply new symbology by right clicking the layer, select Properties, Symbology, then change the drop down with Single Symbol to Categorized and classify your lith codes. Cheers, Roland Hi folks, I'm trying to import polygon files from Mapinfo. Outlines come through fine but the colours don't work at all. This is a problem when your importing a geology map of various coulours.Tried importing TAB and MIF files. Neither worked. Running version 1.4.0 Thanks |
