Hello list, We need to be able to create shape files from data in a spreadsheet (Open Office) and have been successfully using the Delimited Text plug-in.
However we do not how to do this if the spreadsheet has UTF8 text. Can someone please point us to the information, if this is possible. Thanks Ian
