Unfortunately it is not available. I would also have need for this functionality. Now that we can put start/end markers on a line, it is also natural that one also wants to reverse the geometry.
I also think it is not very hard to implement, since the function seems to be present in GEOS: http://geos.osgeo.org/doxygen/classgeos_1_1geom_1_1LineString.html +1 for getting this implemented in QGIS!
