I just wanted to thank you for taking the time to write the above message. As a member of a dedicated team of QGIS developers, I am sure I speak for all of us that it is always disappointing when QGIS is cast in a bad light. It certainly was a lesson for us that we should try to keep better tabs on how our project is being represented at FOSS4G in the future.
