More organised plugin menus would be very nice, but personally I think 
the ability to disable plugin toolbar buttons is more important :)
  
I have so many plugins installed that the plugins toolbar has become 
rather useless as it is wider than my screen.  I seldom use most
plugins, 
so I don't need a toolbar button for them - they are better off in a
menu. 
I do want toolbar buttons for some of the plugins that I do use 
frequently.
