This is fixed in SVN.  It requires at least Qt Cocoa 4.7.1 since it was a Qt 
bug that ignored a flag passed to the font dialog (Qt Carbon is not affected, 
so the Mac dialog is used then).  Note that using the Qt font dialog is really 
a workaround because there are still (apparently) bugs in the native font 
dialog.  Also, while all fonts can be selected, some still don't display 
correctly.  And some odd font styles don't even show up in the choices.
