AFAIK it's DXF that doesn't support coordinate systems. So there's no way for
OGR (or QGIS) to produce reference information in a way that would be used by
other packages.
DXF doesn't support CSR but it does support projected coordinates.

you can see that the coordinates used are the same.
If you want to work with several CRS you'll just have to make the extra
step of setting the correct CRS in Autocad Map and save as dwg.
