Hi, you can use RoadGraph plugin (Plugins-Manage plugins) to find shortest paths between two points. I don't know how Integrated Transport Network stored in Personal GeoDatabase, but you can try to access your data with GDAL (there is a driver for this) or export them to shapefile.
