This is subhakar, I have done Post Graduation
in Geo-Informatics. I have very good knowledge in Open Source GIS software.
Right now i am working as a Quality Analyst in Marine Division. Where we are
using CARIS for ENC Electronic Navigation Charts generation by using s57
objects.My question is can we produce the same ENC in QGIS, is there any
way?
