Hi Walter, In QGIS 1.6 you can set the layer CRS in the layer properties. Open the layer properties and go to the General tab - you will see a button labelled 'Specify CRS'.
If your layer already has a CRS specified and you want to save it to another CRS: right-click on the layer name and select the 'Save as' option. You can then specify the CRS for the new layer. Frank. Is anybody experiencing the same? I am running version 1.6.0, which asserts itself to be the current version (when i "Check QGIS version" from the Help menu). /w _______________________________________________ Qgis-user mailing list [email protected] http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/qgis-user
