have you enabled topological editing/avoid intersection of new
polygons/snapping also in another layer with polygons in the same spot
where you are digitizing?

Hi Giovanni:
Yes, It is!!! I've enabled topological editing in three more polygon
layers. Now I've enabled the layer I'm working only and it fixed.
