Greetings!!!! So I followed the instructions at "http://www.qgis.org/pyqgis-cookbook/plugins.html#remark-configuring-your-ide-on-windows";, howerver I cant import qgis....I can however import PyQt4. Similarly, if I run the command line python from the osgeo4w shell I get the same results.
