May I ask you on which URL you are trying these?
sounds like you are on the "I want to change my password" OSGEO URL -
and not on hub.qgis.org

Was going to submit a bug report but then realized that the old trac
site has been replaced by another site @ hub.qgis.org.
Was trying to register and it appears that my info was ported over
from the old trac site, it says that my email address is already in
use and im seeing a user called "rhys-stewart-gmail-com -". But there
is no option to reset a password. And i cant register a new account
unless I use another email address. Any suggestions on where to go or
who to contact?
