This is a known issue under the osgeo4w project (the way qgis windows
binaries are built). We have discussed starting a parrallel 64bit
compilation and could always use more help, since we need to recompile
and find 64 bit binaries for all the dependencies. If you're interested
please join the osgeo4w mailing list.

In the mean time, you can try to compile yourself or use another OS that
supports 64bit more easily (Linux or Mac).
