I need to open the srtm30plus.ras file (a global DEM dataset) in QGIS.
I can open it in OSSIM, but cannot figure out how to convert it to a
form QGIS will deal with. I've seen mention of a RAS plugin, but cannot
find out where to download it.
Because I also need QDAL, I am running the 32-bit version of QGIS, which
may explain why I cannot find the plugin I've seen mentioned online.
