Hi, I am new to GIS , need soome help.
I am having a polygon shape file received from an organization. It has an User defined CRS +proj=lcc +lat_1=16.625 +lat_2=21.125 +lat_0=18.8801575 +lon_0=76.75 +x_0=1000000 +y_0=1000000 +ellps=WGS84 +datum=WGS84 +units=m +no_def I am having a set of points with only their latitude and longitudes in CSV. I am able to import this in QGIS and save it as shape flle an sets its CRS as UTM ZONE 43N. By enabling on the fly and I am able to see these points are located in the polygons. I need to count how many points are there in each polygon. The plugin for this say different CRS. When I set the User defined CRS for point shape file , the polygon and points are not overlayed . What I suppsed to do Regards lalit -- View this message in context: http://osgeo-org.1560.n6.nabble.com/Count-Points-in-Polygon-tp4571341p4571341.html Sent from the Quantum GIS - User mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ Qgis-user mailing list [email protected] http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/qgis-user
