I am attempting to use QGIS to create hotspots for location homeless in Williamsburg Virginia,USA. I am sure such a remote area of the USA would not be in your gis data. The map would have to have some detail due to some of the hotspots having to cover wooded areas. Can you suggest a site or tutorial that would show me the data format I would need to conform to so that QGIS could read it?
