Does the workaround in the bug report work for you?  Basically, windows are 
hiding windows, so it seems like something is broken.  Resize and move windows 
around so you can see them all, then you should be able to get it working.

I guess the bug is really now that Map Coordinates window appears behind other 
windows, instead of popping to front.
