When I tried using WMS to get information from BHUWAN (Indian initiative similar to google earth) using the url " http://bhuvan3.nrsc.gov.in/cgi-bin/LULC250K.exe"; I get the response "Could not understand the response. The wms provider said:
Download of capabilities failed: Host bhuvan3.nrsc.gov.in not found". At the same time my friend who works in Kerala state ( I am located at Mumbai) does not face such a problem. Does any one have a solution!!
