Hi Abel, There is a conflict of the ssleay32.dll - QGIS uses this library for encrypted connections (e.g. to databases). Another application installed a different version that is not compatible with QGIS. You need to copy the ssleay32.dll that QGIS or the OSGeo4W to the application directory where qgis.exe / qgis.bat reside.
