Hello, AFAIK GeoServer support SLD 1.0 and QGIS export SLD 1.1.
I can't find any information about SLD 1.1 support in GeoServer. Some user said it is working but I have never successfully add a 1.1.0 SLD in GeoServer without getting an error message.
Did you try to save anyway and check if your SLD is working correctly? I remember that one message said that SLD validator in GeoServer validate only 1.0 but 1.1 could work.
