When i start qgis 1.8 a message appears
“no se encuentra el punto de entrada del procedimiento sqlite3_open_v2 en la
biblioteca de vinculos dinamicos sqlite3.dll”
I install it from osgeo4w-setup.exe from internet and standalone installer for
windows 7/64, i got the same message
I know this question has been answered before, but i can’t find that, any help
will be appreciated
