Hi I's not sure what you wish to accomplish... where you want to edit the datasource, in a project file before opening it or in the QGis interface?
If you want to produce various .qgs files with different datasources, you can probably accomplish that by editing the .qgs file in an editor, make sure you don't make any mistakes, Also beware that there may be some information that is dependent on datasource and may not apply to other files (such as srs, etc.) Etienne On Mon, Oct 15, 2012 at 1:59 PM, boesiii <[email protected]> wrote: > Would I experience any problems by editing the data source tag by opening the > QGS file in a text editor (Notepad++)? > > > > -- > View this message in context: > http://osgeo-org.1560.n6.nabble.com/How-to-change-the-data-source-tp5008756p5008776.html > Sent from the Quantum GIS - User mailing list archive at Nabble.com. > _______________________________________________ > Qgis-user mailing list > [email protected] > http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/qgis-user _______________________________________________ Qgis-user mailing list [email protected] http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/qgis-user
