Wow - good work on the manual - it's been a while since I'd seen it, what a lot of work (>400 pages)! I envision a beautiful paperback or hardcover version that can be given to students and that would help enable teachers have something to teach to. (which I see is the intended purpose :) ). I'd looove to get this book into print and market/distribute it via my company, which uses Amazon, Kindle and bookstores for distribution. I think a lot of others would want it too! Unfortunately, the CC-NC clause makes it unclear whether I can sell print versions for profit - I don't think I can :) Though even the CC guys admit it's unclear. If I could get the authors to let me derive a print product, I'd gladly set up a generous royalty program to contribute back to QGIS project (or the authors, etc.). We're (at http://LocatePress.com) always interested in new books, even if the texts are open sourced. If you're interested, let me know!
