Dear QGIS Community, Good Day!
I tried using r.mode module of GRASS in Sextante Toolbox. It worked well but I have to convert my vector layer to raster layer in ArcGIS to generate an integer raster layer. Whenever I convert my vector layer to raster in QGIS 1.8 (Win7 Prof) using the Raster > Conversion > Rasterize module it always gives me a GDT_Float64 - Sixty four bit floating point raster (which is not a valid input as a Base Layer in the r.mode module), even though the vector field that I am using is an integer type. How can I do this properly? Thanks in advance for the help. -Leo
