I am trying to install libqgis-dev 2.0.1-2+raring1 on Ubuntu 13.04 64 bit Synaptics refuses to install, as it conflicts with libqgis-dev ie itself. There are no other earlier versions installed on this PC The deb should be coming from http://qgis.org/debian This has been happening for a few point releases of 2.0.1 on Ubuntu
