That seems to be related to a missing class. That class has been removed from the plugin, but it seems that the plugin manager tries to reload it or looks for it, and complains when it cannot find it. The new version should however, work fine without it.
If you have further problems, I recommend you to remove the old version and then install Processing (a fresh install instead of an update).
