Hola, puedes probar el plugin QAD en https://github.com/geosim/QAD. Este plugin funcciona solo en QGIS 1.8 y està traducido solo en italiano. Funciona como AutoCAD. Hasta hoy es una version alfa pero creo que te puede ser utile. Usa github para evidenciar errores.
