Hi Guiseppe, In Qgis 1.8 exist a plugin named Profile Tool. This plugin allow you to create a topographic profile from a raster layer. Maybe you can create a raster from your vector data. regards

Quizás puedas obtener un raster de tus datos vectoriales y luego utilizar el plugin.
