So I've got a client that needs to generate parcels - measurements are
in Degrees and distances are in feet. There was a plugin in 1.8 that was
for Azimuths and Distances but that one hasn't shown any movement (from
what I can tell) towards 2.0. I had talked about the plugin a while ago
(http://www.northrivergeographic.com/archives/lost-my-bearing-found-it-in-qgis).
Is there something obvious in QGIS 2.0 that I have missed for this type
of functionality?
