Hi Travis,
Orfeo Toolbox already came as a package inside the "Processing plugin" but to enable it you have to go to the processing Options and choose the option "activate". Check if the paths exist or they are correct. I have on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS the following ones: OTB applications folder: /usr/lib/otb/ OTB command line tools folder: /usr/lib/ The location of OTB on QGIS 2.0 is different from QGIS 1.8 Good luck. Best Regards, José Santos Date: Thu, 30 Jan 2014 11:03:18 -0800 From: [email protected] To: [email protected] Subject: [Qgis-user] Help with Orfeotoolbox in QGIS 2.0.1 I want to use the Binary Morphological Operation tool listed in the Processing Toolbox in QGIS, but after many hours of searching I still can't get it to work (the tool gives an error message that either says the folders are not configured, or that the output can't be created). I believe the problem is that I don't know what folder paths to use for the "OTB Applications" and "OTB command line tools" folders in the processing options window. I have read any documentation I could find with a Google search or searching the QGIS documentation but I still haven't had any luck. Any suggestions?
